I previously worked at this company as an MIS. At the time, I helped move the network equipment and computers from the old office to the new office, connected everything, and made sure it all looked presentable. In the end, my supervisor said I had made no contribution at all, and I didn't receive a single cent of my year-end bonus... He happily collected his own year-end bonus. When I resigned, I almost wanted to burn down the office... Anyway, engineers and graphic designers are treated like garbage here; only the sales team matters.
