During your first two weeks (or perhaps a month) after joining,
get thoroughly patted on the head!
You’ll be the next God of Yaoji—roughly that kind of feeling.
This company has no room for you to have your own ideas. Working hard, doing the grunt work, and mindlessly slogging away is the way to survive at Yaoji.
Whether you see this review before or after your interview, or what was discussed during the interview differs from what you read in the reviews,
believe everyone’s judgment—everything is “fake”!
Praising and judging each person is a commonly used tactic; under no circumstances should you believe the concern they show for you—it is merely a two-faced act.
When you stop mindlessly slogging away, perhaps you’ll end up here and add another negative review.
Here, I want to affirm every fellow commenter’s dedication and hard work for Yaoji.
Perhaps one day, the power of Jobseeker’s Insight can serve as a reference for companies,
keep it up!
This company is absolutely awful! That’s all.
