Experience at a Taiwanese original cultural and creative company, learning in a new field, a serene environment with animals at work, kind and friendly colleagues, a wide range of sweeping and cleaning duties, and improved cleaning skills
The company’s systems have many loopholes, promotions and salary increases are questionable, job responsibilities are unclear, frequent excessive working hours create enormous pressure, overtime pay is unclear, the boss is emotional, supervisors are caught in difficult situations and must bear the burden, and employee turnover is high. Learning about a new field can be a short-term experience and an opportunity to make friends, but do not stay long (the probationary period is often extended for unclear reasons).
