Pros
The hourly wage for PTs is higher than that of typical PTs (this is to be expected, not an advantage), salaries are adjusted from time to time (this is to be expected, not an advantage), and there are bonuses (this is to be expected, not an advantage).
Cons
1. No annual leave
2. Too many deductions:
In practice, employees receive very little. Although it is much higher than the minimum wage, the deduction percentage is excessive.
