Employee benefits are better than those at many companies, revenue is stable so there is little fear of the company going under, and sales bonuses are quite generous.

The system is extremely bureaucratic, training is inadequate, and there is a significant age gap. Rapid promotion and whether you are heavily relied upon mainly depend on the extent of your connections and favoritism.

Employees are divided into full-time and dispatched staff. Full-time employees do not clock in or out and are on a responsibility-based system. Leaving work at 7 p.m. at the earliest is the norm, and sometimes you even have to go in on holidays. There is no compensatory time off or overtime pay. With the recent one-fixed-day-off-and-one-flexible-rest-day policy, it is unclear whether any “countermeasures” have been implemented to circumvent it.

You need to have an extremely servile attitude, not be afraid of being inexplicably labeled, and be very short of money to consider working here!
