The work environment is good—clean and bright—with a dedicated cafeteria and a one-and-a-half-hour lunch break.
Basically, if you were born under an earth sign, this company has an 80% chance of wanting to hire you.
The salary is extremely low, only NT$0–1,000 higher than the statutory minimum wage. The company uses the CHAIN system and grants very limited permissions, so you always have to work overtime to finish your tasks. Overtime is paid, but with such a low base salary, even working yourself to death, your monthly pay will not exceed NT$25,000.
The office culture is very closed-off. You are expected to handle various trivial matters for the boss and the boss’s wife, and supervisors like to keep a very close eye on employees. The company culture is basically that it is best not to take leave at all.
