The company is generally compliant with regulations, offers flexible leave, and managers and executives are all very willing to engage in positive two-way communication with employees. Colleagues within the company get along harmoniously and simply, and are willing to help one another. When recruiting, the company places greater emphasis on work attitude and enthusiasm, so it is common for colleagues who are not yet technically proficient but have a positive mindset to join the company.
Regarding the promotion system and salary, the company is currently still unable to manage these as properly as large companies do. However, it is rumored that senior management is actively planning improvements internally.
