A very poor company. When recruiting externally, they make it sound good, saying that the company needs to change and have new ideas. In reality, they have absolutely no intention of changing. No matter what ideas a newcomer suggests, they shoot them down, saying things like, “We tried that before” or “You’re not thinking far enough ahead.” In the end, they insist on doing things their way. Maybe they’re too incompetent and afraid of losing face, or afraid that their positions will be replaced by newcomers. Staying at this company will only waste your time; there is absolutely no opportunity for growth.
