qollie Why was the previous review moved to Chit-chat? That is really unprofessional!
1. Good salary, and punctual working hours.
2. The work is easy.
3. You don't need to be very specialized professionally; you just need to be somewhat skilled at talking nonsense.
4. You need to fully master Tai Chi: the more responsibility you push away, the faster you get promoted.
Disadvantages:
1. You often discover during work that there is one fewer colleague next door (laid off).
2. While the boss is back from the United States, it's best not to take a long vacation; otherwise, there is a good chance your colleagues will have already dug a hole and buried you in it.
3. Outsiders often lead experts, resulting in a lot of pointless work.
4. The standards of the performance evaluation system are whatever the higher-ups say they are.
5. Many policies seem very generous, but on closer inspection, you find that the company is actually very stingy with employees.
