Pros
The colleagues are all pretty nice, except for the vice president and general manager.
Cons
There is no overtime pay. There is no year-end bonus. There are no other benefits. Working hours are very disorganized: some people work very short hours, while others work overtime constantly, without overtime pay; some people can take compensatory leave, while others cannot. The starting salary is very low. Although there are allowances, they are also very small.
