Since the old demon has left, I won't comment on the company's work culture for now. The internal equipment is outdated and inadequate; management lacks structure, there is a lot of unnecessary work and many meetings, and overtime is unpaid, with employees even required to sign a voluntary overtime certificate. Promoting games feels a lot like gambling: the company brings various games to market without knowing whether they will sell, and if consumers don't buy them, all the work is effectively for nothing. Despite having been operating for so long, the company has few loyal players, which means it has to put a great deal of effort into promotion every time. I don't know what the development department is doing—people clock in and out on time and browse Facebook at work, but nothing gets produced.
