日月光半導體製造股份有限公司
Pros

1. There is a workplace culture of departments competing to see who can work the most overtime. Average overtime hours are long, approaching or even exceeding 100 hours per month, and the issue of coerced overtime is also serious.

2. On typhoon days, even if employees live in disaster areas, those unable to report to work must still take personal leave and have their wages docked.

3. When signing an employment contract after joining the company, Taiwanese employees are provided with only one copy. Their employee rights are not explained in detail, nor are they allowed to keep a copy to understand their own rights.

4. The labor union is essentially a yellow union. It makes decisions that violate workers’ rights, while claiming that such resolutions represent the consensus of all workers.
