3. Sanbei Digital Cultural and Creative (Yicheng Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd.
A large group primarily focused on the education business, especially developing the tutoring system using a business-oriented corporate model. Its latest product is the Teaching King app.
After entering, I was asked to fill out a résumé first. The interview, scheduled for around 4:00, was delayed until 4:50. The assistant first played a company promotional video and then presented a handbook describing how extensive and excellent the benefits were, accompanied by pictures.
After another 20 minutes, the manager finally came over for the interview. The main content was about how great and outstanding their products were, and it gave off a strong direct-selling atmosphere. After an hour, they finally began discussing the job, mainly packaging what was essentially business sales as a “management trainee” position.
Later, the interviewer told another interviewee from a private university of science and technology that their educational background did not meet the manager’s requirements and that they could leave.
By this point, I could no longer tolerate being interrupted whenever I tried to speak, along with the lengthy direct-selling rhetoric, so I made an excuse and left.
This company is very wealthy. If you are interested in pursuing direct-selling education or similar work, feel free to join—especially if you aspire to a life filled with money and sales performance.
