An extremely inconsiderate company that wastes job applicants’ time!
Before the interview, they first require you to create a piece of work (an event visual poster), and only invite you to an interview if the work passes their review.
I completed the work and was invited to an interview, but on the day of the interview, they told me that because I had no relevant work experience, I did not meet their hiring requirements.
If they wanted someone with relevant experience, why did they write “Applicants without experience are also welcome to apply”?
If they wanted someone with relevant experience and knew that I had none, why did they still ask me to create a sample work and then invite me to an interview?
Do they think creating a piece of work doesn’t take time or brainpower?
Do they think attending an interview doesn’t take time or transportation costs?
