A thoroughly family-run business, with limited salary growth.
The company has many relatives of the owners and loves to fish for information.
The boss and the owners’ wives often make unreasonable demands and treat employees like long-term laborers.
There is no overtime pay for weekend events, and the compensatory time off provided is also insufficient.
The only advantage: leaving work on time.
