Pros:

The work environment is pretty good, and everyone is very nice! The librarians are all really nice, and the director is also very approachable and good at leading people. The Education and Outreach Department does an excellent job, and you can learn a lot.

Cons:

It’s a bit remote, and commuting from Taipei takes a long time.

Overall, it’s suitable for newcomers just starting out in the arts or museum field, as well as experienced professionals who want to gain experience in a supervisory role. It’s truly a great work experience!
