Originally, I would have wanted to give it a high rating, because fortunately, my colleagues in my department are not bad. However, since last year, there has been constant emphasis on marketing, marketing, which feels somewhat like putting the cart before the horse. When obstacles are handled well, no one says anything, while good marketing can still receive recognition. It really makes people consider leaving. The reason I gave an average rating is that the marketing and the systems are different every year (I was part of the first Yellow Pages cohort).
