The boss has no vision, and the company’s pay and benefits are very poor. Bonuses are almost never paid, and there is no overtime pay. The division of responsibilities is extremely unclear, with no clear accountability for many tasks. Everyone avoids doing them whenever possible, and in the end they all fall to the product manager. The manufacturing department completely plays favorites, constantly claiming that it lacks manpower and refusing to do the work it is supposed to do. The company supposedly isn’t making money, but somehow the boss has a BMW, an Infiniti SUV, and a Porsche SUV... Meanwhile, the engineers below are struggling and having a hard time too.
