The old ones count their salary statements until their eyes glaze over; the young ones count customer complaint tickets until their eyes glaze over.
The old ones clock in and wait for the end of the workday.
The old ones pick only on the weak.
The old ones do not learn anything new.
Because the old ones are just waiting out another five years until retirement.
