Because Lianhong Information Technology Co., Ltd. is not listed on 104 (for unknown reasons), but this company operates at the same location as Lianhong, and Lianhong’s job openings are also posted under Dexuan (engineering and administrative positions), please note the following before submitting your résumé (these points apply only to Lianhong Information Technology):
1. After checking with the Bureau of Labor Insurance, it was found that the labor and health insurance premiums for 2016 were paid only through July and were not paid thereafter (you can imagine for yourself how much may have accumulated by now and what level of protection this provides employees). There are even records of unpaid premiums from 2012.
2. There are records of unpaid wages; more commonly, wages are paid late, to the point that some employees have had to borrow money to get by. Despite the unpaid wages, employees are often asked to work overtime to meet deadlines. The boss’s logic is, “Does failing to pay wages on time mean you can slack off?” (Isn’t paying wages on time the boss’s responsibility?)
3. You can Google the name of the person in charge of Lianhong Information Technology Co., Ltd. yourself and find previous news reports.
4. The turnover rate is extremely high. Many people leave because of unpaid or delayed wages, and the boss even says that former employees are maliciously defaming the company, showing no intention of self-reflection.
