Salary: Non-sales employees are guaranteed 14 months of monthly salary plus two months of performance bonuses for non-sales employees.

Other leave is fully in accordance with the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration; in other words, when a typhoon day is announced, you take the day off as long as the news says it is a day off. In addition, the company has offices throughout Taiwan, so parking is available with proof of employment. For phone expenses, there is a monthly allowance of NT$1,600, so I almost never have to pay a phone bill—much better than Chunghwa Telecom’s NT$500 per month.
