Pros
The boss doesn’t come into the office until 4 or 5 p.m. every day, so when it’s normally after 6 p.m. and you want to leave work, he has only just started assigning tasks. The website advertises high salaries to recruit talent, but in reality, you can’t leave before 8:30 p.m. every day.
