This company has absolutely no systems or standards.

First, salaries are determined arbitrarily. As long as the assistant manager likes you, you may even receive bonuses you are not entitled to.

Second, they only take advantage of employees. They often ask you to help work overtime, then fail to follow up or acknowledge it. If you raise the issue, they just say, “I’ll ask about it for you,” and then pretend nothing happened and never respond.

Third, a certain assistant manager surnamed Wang completely disregards right and wrong. Whenever she cannot win an argument, she starts saying, “Are you the manager, or am I the manager?”

Fourth, when they have enough staff, they start finding ways to make people resign voluntarily. When they are short-staffed, they start asking you to help more, and later say, “You were paid overtime when we asked you to work overtime.” You make absolutely no contribution to the company.

Fifth, whenever they feel like it, they transfer employees to other stores without caring whether the employees agree. They only say, “If you don’t transfer stores, we’ll deduct your bonus—otherwise, just resign.”

Sixth, many branches operate without licenses. For example, Ximen Zhan in Wanhua District is an illegal daily-rental suite.
