This company routinely violates the Labor Standards Act. Although they claim to comply with the Labor Standards Act, after actually joining the company, you will find that there are only fines and no performance bonuses. The work expected of you far exceeds the salary you receive, and they will demand overtime and make deductions for all kinds of reasons and under all kinds of circumstances.
If you are a recent graduate, you are welcome to join this company and experience the darkest side of society firsthand.
