It has all the typical drawbacks of a generally bad company:
It is a family business (the managers are related to one another or have the same surname). The so-called promotions offer no benefit at all to “outsiders” (whether you can actually get promoted is another matter).
The stated normal working hours end at 17:30, but employees are often required to work overtime until 20:30 (even when there is no rush to fulfill orders).
The on-site rules are all made for “outsiders” to follow. The managers frequently act as both players and referees, and policies often change roughly once every six months, making it difficult to know what is going on.
Overtime pay is provided properly, but whether it is calculated correctly is another matter.
Oh, and taking sick leave at this company results in a NT$1,500 deduction from the perfect-attendance bonus.
