Pros
The starting salary is currently NT$48,000. If you have a master’s degree and want to come work here for this salary, be my guest. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, and the year-end bonus is 1.5 months, bringing the annual salary to NT$648,000 to start. A national-level research institution offering this kind of salary—I’m speechless.
