They say the company places more emphasis on educational qualifications. Those without a university degree are paid relatively less.
They only offer 24K... including the shift allowance, it’s approximately 27–28K.
The shift rotation is 2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 night shifts, and 1 day off.
HR wouldn’t answer how much they could offer... even though I clearly told them I wouldn’t take the job for less than 31K without shift work.
Then they asked someone from the relevant department to interview me... only after asking did I find out it was 24K...
I said directly that it was a waste of both our time... and went home.
Although the one fixed day off plus one flexible rest day system is in place, the sixth day is indeed counted as overtime and paid accordingly... but you only get that if you work overtime; otherwise, you get 4–5 days off per month.
I can only laugh at this salary... it was what I expected anyway... 😓
