2. Close collaboration with the Japanese headquarters, learning project management and production management approaches from a major Japanese company
3. Many opportunities to travel to factories in China for business, gaining firsthand exposure to the production processes of various consumer electronics products
Cons:
1. The work mainly involves handling requests from the Japanese headquarters, with few opportunities to lead independent projects
2. Frequent business entertainment and travel; good physical stamina is necessary to handle the job
3. Department managers often display emotional behavior; their emotional intelligence could use improvement
