At the time, I applied for a sales position with a base salary. The job required us to use our own cars, but the company did not provide subsidies for fuel or vehicle maintenance. To put it nicely, it meant we had to push ourselves very hard to achieve our targets. Whether that is good or bad is a matter of opinion.

The reason I gave a poor rating is that their compensation and benefits were not very good.
