The boss says: From Monday to Friday, after work until 8–9 p.m., don't make plans of your own. On holidays, always be prepared to come to the company to deal with things—be ready whenever you're called.
Clocking in is required, but clocking out isn't (because if we clocked out, the total working hours would be blatantly illegal!).
Only the boss smokes in the office.
The person listed as the responsible person is actually a senior employee, not the real boss. There are only two senior employees.
The boss forces employees to share the same political views: anti-Japanese, pro-China, and opposed to Taiwan independence.
The actual salary does not match what was agreed upon during the interview. Deductions are made on the grounds of being late, even though the previous night actually involved unpaid overtime until 9–10 p.m.
When the boss is in a bad mood, they curse at employees.
