After three years, there is no telling how much they will be willing to pay you. Salaries are cut every year. A few senior executives hold a small meeting among themselves, revise a few rules, and announce the cuts just like that. Even full-time employees who have already joined cannot feel at ease; the compensation rules might even be changed retroactively, with everyone's pay cut. It's extremely frightening. Whatever you do, don't gamble your life on this kind of “futures market.”
