Benefits and bonuses are getting fewer and fewer. There are a bunch of long-timers occupying most of the positions and resources, and the food is extremely unappetizing.

However, it’s not without its advantages. The company offers plenty of leave (under certain conditions, you can purchase seven additional days of annual leave, and there are also three days of paid personal/sick leave).

They don’t make it deliberately difficult to take leave, follow labor law standards, and don’t force employees to work overtime.

So, the good and bad are about evenly balanced—I’ll give it an average rating.
