A long-established company with a very solid foundation. Taipei is the headquarters, and Dongguan has a large-scale industrial park producing patented character figurines. There are also offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and LA.
The company started in the toy trade and currently also engages in triangular trade in gifts and general merchandise. Its main market is U.S. chain stores.
The work atmosphere and company environment are good. The ratio of women to men is approximately 7:1.
To be honest, I would give the salary and benefits 8.5–9 out of 10.
