Pros
1. Labor and health insurance are enrolled at the minimum wage level, not based on the actual salary received; pay is nominally provided as base salary plus bonuses; salary transfers are made in two installments.
2. Typhoon days off are compulsorily deducted from annual leave.
3. The promotion system is inadequate.
4. I cannot see a future here.
