Student workers who go there will be exploited

Previously, the salary was NT$23,000 including the perfect-attendance bonus.

If it happens for the first time in a given month, NT$3,000 is deducted from the perfect-attendance bonus, NT$1,000 is deducted for taking leave, and another NT$1,000 is deducted for not working that day—in total, NT$5,000 is deducted.

You are also charged NT$1,000 for forgetting to clock out, which means working for nothing.

They deduct money for everything. The factory manager is extremely stingy.

The management is a complete mess. The factory manager goes around yelling at people, and student workers are constantly sent back and forth to do different tasks. They are often yelled at while operating unfamiliar machines. The supervisors and other experienced workers have inconsistent standards, so student workers are often yelled at by different people and told to change the process, only to be yelled at by the next person.

It was only after resigning that I discovered the factory had intentionally withheld wages, falsified computer clock-in records, and filled out leave forms without authorization, resulting in nearly NT$7,000 missing from my pay. I had audio recordings as evidence, and the money was not fully returned until I informed them of the relevant legal regulations.

Conclusion: a heartless company.
