Do not apply to the Coating Department!!
A parachuted-in outsider arrived as the department manager. All he did was stare at his laptop all day, yet he was promoted to deputy manager in less than two years.
The Coating Department is like a prison, with a bunch of surveillance cameras used to catch you out.
If something goes wrong, you have to pay a fine. Breaking one piece of glass incurs an 800 fine, with a maximum fine of 3,000.
So only the Coating Department writes deficiency reports. As for the other departments, I guess... they don't.
Even with the current one fixed day off and one flexible rest day system, they are very good at arranging the schedules, making it necessary to work 12 consecutive days once every four weeks.
