Salary is around 28,000 to just over 30,000.
There is hardly any actual design work; basically, they find other people’s images to modify or copy them directly.
The company atmosphere is conservative, and it takes forever just to go through a process.
Things that could easily be solved using the cloud or online forms are dragged out for ages.
If something is wrong, even more time is spent correcting it.
The seemingly rigorous processes really only slow down work.
The supervisors themselves do not follow them, and may not even remember what they have said.
The company is simply living off its past success.
It is impossible to see any future here.
I recommend that young people not join, because you will not learn much.
Unless you can tolerate lengthy, inefficient ways of working just to earn a bit of money.
