Workplace reviews and discussion: 光發鍍金股份有限公司

A family business, with the son and others waiting to take over. Professional capabilities are lacking, and the company is in its twilight years. There is no development; it is suitable for people without a job to stay temporarily. It can also be considered for retirement, because the salary is fairly good and the work is very easy (because there are basically no orders and no production capacity).

You need to have good professional skills and abilities, because there is no one to ask and no one will teach you. You have to handle all kinds of miscellaneous tasks, big and small.
