The company is super loving and basically a kindergarten training program. As long as you genuinely want to learn, you can come in even if you don’t know anything~ Deal! You have to come in with a willingness to learn, though!! (Pinky promise)
Once you’re in, just do whatever the boss says, right? No need to use your brain! What could be easier than this job!
But sometimes the boss will require you to work overtime to deal with the cases on hand!
It’s not that projects involving new cases are too busy; it’s that the clients are too demanding. The boss won’t set boundaries with the clients—the boss is the one smoothing things over for them, after all! You have to appease the boss, so of course you obediently make the revisions. Don’t overthink it: change it however they want, and then the boss will think you’re obedient.
If you do all of the above, you can occasionally get a bonus—maybe twice or four times a year. How wonderful! There are bonuses, too! Although the customized bonuses are pitifully small and not enough to support a spouse and children, it’s better than nothing. Ahhhh!!! Typhoon days off are deducted from your annual leave!~ Luckily, they don’t make us come to work! We really should be laughing with relief.
And as for salary~ and position~ just obediently do your own work, and you won’t have your pay deducted! What?! You mean a raise?? Didn’t we already make a pinky promise that you should approach this with a learning mindset? Don’t you understand?
