The company’s policies are flexible, and you could say the boss has the final say!
So as long as you have a decent relationship with the boss and go along with whatever the boss wants, workplace life can be really great!
What about the policies from last week?! Don’t understand them? Can’t figure them out? No worries! Because they might be changed next week!
Or just keep going along with whatever the boss wants! It’s still really great.
Tips for a “really great” workplace
1. Build a good relationship with the boss—this is super important << Take note
2. If the client says to change something, change it for them! Forget all the professional knowledge and advice you’ve learned!
3. The policies might be replaced tomorrow with whatever the boss happens to think of! Just muddle through today
4. Do all of the above and you might get a year-end bonus! ...just not one month’s salary
