Seconded employees “are not covered by labor insurance, national health insurance, or labor pensions,” and their entire salary is paid in U.S. dollars in cash locally in Cambodia.

The contract is for two years. The initial contract is a three-month probationary period; after passing the probationary period, employees directly sign a one-year-and-nine-month contract.

The only bonus is the year-end performance bonus, which is at most 0.8 months’ salary. There are no other bonuses, so the maximum annual salary is 12.8 months’ salary.

Employees return to Taiwan once every three months, for seven days each time (including holidays and round-trip travel).

The salary is approximately NT$40,000–45,000 per month, equivalent to an annual salary of around NT$500,000 after deducting labor insurance, national health insurance, and labor pension contributions.

In addition, passports must be handed over to the company for centralized management.
