First, to clarify: I applied for a part-time position, but I hope everyone can see the following information:
Personally, I think this is a very strange company.
Part-time employees do not have interviews at all. On the first day, you simply go to report for work (this was not clearly explained over the phone either; instead, the 104 system directly notified me to report for work and bring some items).
The items to bring include personal identification documents and a bank passbook. On that day, you have to sign a confidentiality agreement and provide personal information.
Probably because part-time employees are hired short-term, there is no labor or health insurance.

To avoid risks,
I strongly recommend submitting only photocopies of your identification documents and clearly stating their purpose.
For the bank passbook, provide only a photocopy of the cover, and likewise state its purpose.
As for what risks are involved, please search for yourself on Google using the keyword “photocopy of national ID card.”
