Recently, you may notice that the company’s turnover rate is very high. This indicates that the company itself has problems.
1. The company’s ERP system is terrible. There is constant rework, which wastes working hours.
2. The company operates under a responsibility-based system, with no overtime pay. If you have to work overtime, it is considered a problem with your abilities.
The one-stop work process is simply impossible to complete.
3. The end of the year is usually the busy season. However, the company is cold-blooded and heartless. Once it has used you up, it may tell you to leave directly that same day. If it is at the end of the year, you may be fired the day before Lunar New Year’s Eve.
Think carefully before joining this company.
