Actually, it’s much like the recent news about the Gui Fu Bakery: the senior management are all family members.
Extremely militarized management. Senior managers often say that tasks should be classified by priority—light, heavy, urgent, and critical—but every task is urgent!!!
You clock in when you arrive and are on a responsibility-based system when you leave. They expect you to continue working after clocking out, without overtime pay; otherwise, they say you lack a sense of responsibility!!
They treat the company like a household to manage, senior management is always right, and employees bear the responsibility when something goes wrong.
There is no complete system, individual expertise is not valued, and opportunities for advancement are extremely limited!!
You constantly hear, “We all need to weather the difficult times together,” and “The company isn’t making money!!”
You’ll find out the salary during the interview!! Make sure to confirm the labor insurance contribution amount!!
