I am a former employee.
This company is just like a prime-time soap opera:
1. It is a family business, and the boss’s wife interferes in company affairs.
2. The boss often acts impulsively, personnel assignments change frequently, and the wrong people are put in the wrong positions.
3. The sales staff are entrenched old-timers who ostracize newcomers.
4. The machines are borrowed from other companies, yet the company claims externally that they are its own publicly owned production and manufacturing assets. In addition, BSMI is extremely problematic and corrupt.
There is far too much to list.
Think carefully before joining.
