In recent years, the company’s poor performance evaluation system has caused a culture of flattery to flourish throughout the organization. If you are good at ingratiating yourself, flattering others, and playing political games, this company is a good place for you to develop. If you are someone who works diligently and keeps your feet on the ground, you can only be a workhorse and will never get ahead, so I suggest finding a more down-to-earth company instead. The待遇 for newcomers is decent at first, but later on it’s... Best to just gain some experience. Although it’s fairly easy to get by here, there isn’t much room for development. Be careful not to stay too long and end up adopting a civil-servant mentality that causes you to lose your competitiveness in the workplace.
