It is extremely frustrating that the interview process was not explained clearly beforehand. During the interview, in addition to filling out basic information, I unexpectedly had to complete 120 intelligence test questions, as if I were taking an academic aptitude test. Moreover, applicants were not informed in advance to set aside enough time, which completely wasted both parties’ time and compromised their interests.
