Pros
Dong X Eyewear Company deducts pay for damaged lenses. Mistakes result in disciplinary writing assignments starting at a minimum of 100. The pay is even more inhumane. You cannot leave the premises from 8 to 23. Employees’ phones are monitored. After all the various deductions, the pay is less than NT$30,000.
