The boss was unilaterally late for the interview and told the interviewee to go out and kill an hour before returning for the interview. The interviewee was also treated disrespectfully during the interview—the boss did not even look at the résumé and simply talked on and on. Applicants for different positions were interviewed together, but were then asked to leave individually when it came time to discuss salary.
Two days later, there was a second-round interview. The boss was still not punctual, making the interviewee wait for more than 20 minutes. As soon as the interview began, the applicant was asked to give a presentation on the company’s main product. Whenever what they said differed from the boss’s views, the boss would mock them. The entire process was extremely disrespectful.
Later, after visiting PTT’s JOB board, I learned that this boss consistently behaves this way... I have an extremely, extremely bad impression of this boss.
