Pros

Liu XX’s methods

1. Forcing everyone to join the LINE group and periodically applying performance pressure through the group at a high frequency, making you feel constantly on edge every day.

Every store has audio and video recording for monitoring at any time. People who don’t know this think they can complain when the managers aren’t there... but in the end, it still gets found out!

2. Employees have kept resigning over the past few years, and none can be retained, so they have no choice but to lecture frontline managers, believing that the problem isn’t with themselves.

He really is Liu Tianlong! Jack Ma said: “Being unable to retain people means the boss is incompetent.”

3. Believing they can hide the gross margin, making everyone think the gross margin is terrible when looking at the reports, and then pretending to pressure everyone to produce results?

They’ve already made a fortune; they’re just too greedy and think it isn’t enough. Only people relatively close to the inside know. Otherwise, how could their quoted and minimum prices

all be lower than the store prices of other businesses?

4. Heartless behavior carried out every six months.....For example, display items were originally not supposed to be resold to customers....How can they be sold to customers again after refurbishment? If you bought an X-device yourself from outside, would you accept that? The company doesn’t absorb the cost of display X-devices? Instead, it pretends they are new and sells them to others?

5. Their self-important non-compete clause....If you stop selling mobile phones here, they still restrict you from working for another company for several months? Do they think they are paying people a salary of 100,000 to hire them? They pay people 30,000, set very high targets, and issue threats at high frequency. If you meet them, you get paid a lot; if you don’t, you get screwed!

An extremely high turnover rate: they can recruit more than a dozen people in two weeks. They dominate the industry! Reflect on yourselves! You always say it’s other people’s problem, while claiming your own annual salary is three-XX million. Do more work!

6. On the surface, they welcome everyone to speak to them and claim to be happy to listen, but in reality they are only collecting information about who opposes them and who obeys them, then making subsequent arrangements. For example, transferring you to a store very far away....or adjusting your position (don’t assume that being promoted is a good thing—if you don’t do well, you’ll still get chewed out!! Don’t think, “Then I’ll just remain at the frontline level”....Wrong! Whatever Liu XX tells you to do, you do it. It’s not your choice! Otherwise, resign! Then they push the problem of this high turnover rate onto the managers and lecture them properly ^^)

7. Making you hold a morning meeting every day and arrive an hour early, without paying you for it! If performance is poor, that’s your problem! Liu XX thinks they are very hardworking for coming to work on holidays, but actually.....try working at a store continuously for a month and see what it’s like to face setbacks—that’s how you learn about the hardships of ordinary people. They still pressure people during the slow season.....If there’s a problem.....it’s simply because they’re too idle, so they keep shouting~~~

8......There’s much, much more, and it’s still happening now........If you agree, continue the chain!
